The enmity of the division of the ummah of Islam, may be said since the death of the Prophet, but the split began to subside, because the election of Abu Bakr became Caliph. After some time Abu Bakr held the Caliphate, the resumption of divisions, exhaled by apostates from Islam and those who proclaimed themselves to be Prophets such as Musailamatul-Kazzab, Thulaihah, Sajah and Al-Aswad al-Ansy. In addition there are also groups who do not want to pay zakat to Abu Bakr. Yet they all paid zakat to the Prophet. However, all disputes were immediately resolved and reunited, because of Abu Bakr's caliphate. Then save the young Muslim power from the threat of slander that will be destroyed.
During the Caliphate of Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman was best utilized to exert all the energies of the Muslims to broadcast and develop Islam throughout nature. But after Islam spread everywhere, suddenly at the end of Uthman's Caliph, there was an injury caused by Usman's actions that were less approved by public opinion. In general opinion, some of Usman's actions are less in keeping with the times. Therefore the general view becomes less pleased with it. Especially to the executors, who are not in the work, because less control of Saidina Usman himself.
This is the slander that opens opportunities for people hungry, overthrowing Usman's government. This slander resulted in the fullness of Saidina Usman. After that, Ali was elected as Caliph. But unfortunately his choice was unanimous, because there are groups who do not want to approve the appointment. Some even oppose the appointment which accuses Ali of interfering or at least letting Uthman's assassins. Since then, the split of Muslims has become a number of parties or groups, among others, the group that agreed on the appointment of Ali, the group that first obeyed the sutuju, but after the split, became a neutral group, a blatant group against Ali and emerged various streams -Flow.
